Childrens' Parties FAQ


 

1. How many guests can we have?
There are 2 party packages available:  (1) For up to 10 children and (2) For up to 20 children.  Additional children can be added for an additional cost.  Please see rates for weekday and weekend pricing.  Full facility parties are also available.  Please contact us for pricing and scheduling. 

2. Who are considered guests?
Guests are those that are invited to the party.  There is no additional charge for adults who are chaperoning the party.


3. Is there an age limit to play?
No. Usually, children less than one year old are too small to enjoy playing on the inflatables. Otherwise, anyone who wants to play and follows the rules is welcome.

4. Will our party be playing with others?
Yes, unless a full facility party is booked.  Most times, there are several parties that will be going on at the same time, especially on the weekends.  However the play area is very large and can easily accommodate all guests. Your party will have the use of a private party room for refreshments, celebration and gifts.

5. What if we want exclusive use of the facilities?
Depending on availability, full facility parties are available.  Please call for additional information. 


6. Are goody bags available?
No, goodie bags must be brought with you.


7. Are refreshments available?
Yes. Our party packages come with pizza and soda.  You can also purchase icees, soft pretzels, cookies, ice cream, and snack baskets including chips, popcorn, etc.

 
8. Can we bring our own food?
No outside food allowed except for birthday cakes.


9. Who runs the party?
All parties come with a party coordinator that is included in the party package. 

 

10. Who sets up and cleans up?
We do all the work.  We take care of set-up and clean-up so that you can enjoy your time at the party.

 

11. Is a deposit required?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the party package is due at time of scheduling.

 

12. When is the final head count do?
We must have a head count in order to prepare for the party at least 72 hours prior.  Any cancellations after that point will result in a cancellation fee of $100.00 be charged to your credit card.    


13. How long does a party last?
Parties for 10 children or less will run for 90 minutes.  Parties of more than 10 children will run for 120 minutes. 

 

14. Do participants need socks?
Yes, all players, kids and adults, must wear socks when playing on any of the inflatables


15. Do participants need a signed waiver
Yes, all participants regardless of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian prior to entering the bounce area. Waivers are available for download on our website.  Each time you bring the children, a new waiver will be required. 


16. Do you have a separate play area for the little ones to play?
No.  Little ones want to play on everything they can reach. Additionally, parties for small children inevitably include older siblings, cousins and friends, and adults playing with their own kids. With parents watching and monitors checking on play areas, there has been no problem with mixing ages.

17. How soon should we book our party?
As soon as you know you want to have a party. We recommend four to six weeks in advance to assure that you get your preferred date and time. Popular dates and times usually fill up two or three weeks in advance. We will happily schedule a last minute party if we have time available, but your choices may be limited. Also, without some advance notice guest attendance may be disappointing.
